Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours of 8:00am-4:00pm PST. Expedited shipping orders must be placed prior to 11:00am PST to ship out same day.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange any merchandise damaged due to shipping for a product in ideal initial condition. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There will be no restocking fee for mistakes made by our staff or if a product is delivered with a defect. Also, we will waive restocking fee for any exchanges.PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive (based on domestic ground shipping in US).
We do not guarantee items are in stock and will ship right away. If there is an out-of- stock issue we will notify you and discuss options for your order including lead times or other options.
All products on our site are backed by the warranty of the manufacturer. Warranties are subject to change for each product, please visit the product you purchased on our website for product specific warranty. If an item is purchased at a set price and the item is later discounted to a reduced price, a price adjustment will not be granted if the item purchased has already been shipped out.
